Last week Mrs Harding taught us all about Matariki.

Enviro and Music

For the last 4 weeks, Room 9a have been going to Enviro and Music lessons on a Thursday morning

 We collected dead leaves from the field

 Mrs Daniel taught us how to compost the leaves

What a lot of fun!

 Mrs Harding has been taking the Music lessons for us

We can't wait until we have Enviro and Music again next term!

Our Sunnyhills School Community is AMAZING!!!!

A huge thank you to everyone for getting behind this fundraiser for Middlemore in such a great way.

We have had over 300 pairs of pajamas donated and have also raised the amazing amount of $1255.50. This is an incredible effort and shows how fabulous and generous our community is.

Wheel-a-thon

On Friday, we did the wheel-a-thon.

We had a fantastic time ...riding our bikes

               

and riding our scooters.

What a lot of fun while raising money for the to support our school.

Eid Celebrations

Borayr was very proud when he shared his Eid celebrations with the class.

Borayr came to school in his very special outfit and shared how Kevin the Kiwi had celebrated the end of Ramadan with all of his friends and family.

Nico and Quinny came to visit last Thursday

Nico started school on Monday of this week and Quinny starts next Monday. 

We can't wait to get to know you both.
