Olive has been busy doing jobs around the house for Service September.

Koru Assembly Week 9

Olive and Alexander received a certificate in assembly on Friday.

They were so proud of themselves and so they should be!

Reading

In Reading, we have been learning to use our fingers to show letters, words, first sounds and last sounds.

 Olive could find the first sound - 'r' for 'reading' and show Mrs Burge with her fingers.

Kate, could use her fingers to find the word 'am'.

Sophie, could use her fingers to show the final (last) sound 'g' in the work 'riding'. 

We enjoyed reading some of the books we have already read with Mrs Burge and our families from our book boxes too. 

Reading is fun!
