We have been using some of the common words to help us write sentences.
One day this week we used "I am' to help us start a sentence.
Kate was very clever and helped Mrs Burge to find the word I using the butterfly card.
We are getting clever at finding words we know in the red, blue or yellow boxes.
We can also hear the sounds in words we don't have on the butterfly card like 'ktn' for kitten.
Gosh Room 9 what wonderful progress you have made since I was in last. Those butterfly cards are so useful when you are writing. I can see already that you are building up the number of words that you know. Keep shining!
